Smells Like Spring Spirit
Bought a myrtle.
Mowed the grass.
Zinged the rhubarb with some farmyard manure.
Mulched the veg beds.
Weeded all round.
Bought the garden furniture out from its store.
Cleaned the courtyard.
Sat with the dog.
Enjoyed a cup of tea in the sun.
Did some pruning.
Picked some veg.
Smells like Spring spirit…
Ahhh spring. Our spring always seem to spring on me…. Subtle then suddenly all there. Then slam; summer.
